DOL Rapid Response Services
Rapid Response Services are a required activity in all states under the Federal Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA). The states do have some discretion as to whether Rapid Response services are delivered by state workforce agency employees, local workforce development area staff or contracted agencies.
2-1-1
2-1-1 is a vital service that connects millions of people to help every year. Highly trained 2-1-1 call specialists and the online portal are available 24/7 to help individuals locate health and human service assistance during times of non-emergency crisis and for everyday needs, including:
